Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Together, we design your individual coaching programme to help you understand your needs. This is the place and time to develop and implement strategies within a supportive structure.
Coaching is confidential, client focused and goal focused.
Some areas my clients work on:
Organisation and timekeeping
Working memory and note-taking
Communication
Concentration
Literacy
Managing stress, anxiety and overwhelm
Confidence and working to their strength
Organisation
Where are my keys? Where is file x?
It started well, but then the structure slipped again. We can help you to discover your rabbit holes and analyse why things have not worked.
Managing work includes managing ourselves. We address overwhelm and boredom, creating a supportive space that allows you to find your paths, implement steps and always have a plan B at hand.

Time Management
Is there too much on your plate? Does it feel hard to know where to start? Does time seem out of your control? We use a step-by-step approach to help you identify your priorities, manage time better and tailor your diary to serve you as an aid. Together, we review step by step – if that works for you.
Confidence
The word confidence comes from the Latin ‘confidere’, meaning to trust. As an individual, you have your meaning of the word and an understanding of what you are like when you are not confident and when you are.
Would you like to explore how confidence would change your performance, communication and well-being? Confidence is a key area of coaching.

Literacy
Literacy includes understanding what you read, spelling, and putting your thoughts into writing.
What supported some of my clients were clearly delivered skills, undoing stress and being in a good state when learning and a structure to practise what they wanted most.
We start with skills, before we can increase speed. Coaching can be a safe place to fill in some gaps because you choose to.
Numeracy
Spreadsheet stress?
Confusion about arithmetic can impacts us. Some people had negative experiences in in their education. The way maths was explained to them did not meet their learning style.
If this reflects your experience, it can be a coaching area you want to address.

Stress Management
Overwhelm, anxiety, and stress all impact on how we process information and how we work.
Balance is easily lost with long working hours, financial pressures, and commitments. We need to understand how stress impacts our neurodiverse challenges and our strengths.
We start by stepping back, reflecting and having conversations. Taking one step at a time to implement and track behaviours, thinking, and communication that make us feel more resourceful, calm and happy is where we go on the journey.
Speaking with confidence – Public Speaking
The word confidence comes from the Latin ‘confidere’, meaning to trust. As an individual, you have your meaning of the word and an understanding of what you are like when you are not confident and when you are.
Would you like to explore how confidence would change your performance, communication and well-being? Confidence is a key area of coaching.

Concentration at your Best
I guess you can concentrate well when things are interesting. Is your best time to focus in the morning, afternoon, or evening? Do some sounds help, but other ones distract you?
Sometimes, imperfect is not good enough, but we are caught in multiple dilemmas.
I do not know how you concentrate at your best, but I have helped many clients explore and successfully implement strategies.
